Fantastic news! After considerable development, planning and financial investment by the Royce Group, we have now made a professional, automated back-office available to our subscribing members 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

The purpose is simple: to give every advertiser member a transparent, professional and easy-to-understand view of their personal progression within the Royce Eco-System.

Where do I find my Back-Office?

The Back-Office is now available as a menu option on the Afri SA website.

On desktop, select Back-Office from the main menu. On mobile, select the last item in the menu.

When you enter the Back-Office, you will be presented with two principal options: Network and Team.

How do I access my Back-Office?

To protect member information and ensure that each subscriber sees only their own network, you will be required to verify your identity.

You will use your South African ID number or Passport number, and your mobile number or email address. These details must correspond with the information you supplied when completing your Debit Order Authorisation Form.

Once successfully verified, your personal Back-Office will become accessible.

Your Network

The Network section provides a visual representation of your progression through the 2×11 forced matrix.

You will be able to see levels 1 through 11, the number of subscribers currently occupying each level, the maximum capacity of each level, your progression through the matrix, progress indicators, and your position within the network structure.

When all eleven levels are completely occupied, the matrix contains 4,094 subscriber positions.

How does the 2×11 matrix work?

The Royce Eco-System uses a 2×11 forced matrix with spillover. This means that your personal network does not depend exclusively on the people you personally introduce.

Your first two personally introduced subscribers occupy Level 1. Thereafter, subscribers entering your network can be placed progressively through the levels below you, according to the matrix structure. This creates the potential for your network to grow considerably beyond the number of people you personally introduce.

A simple example: if you personally introduce 2 subscribers, your Level 1 will show 2 subscribers. If those subscribers subsequently introduce additional subscribers into the structure, the network can develop further down the matrix.

At that point, your network would contain 30 subscribers — even though you personally introduced only the original two. This is the fundamental principle behind spillover within the forced-matrix structure.

What happens if I personally introduce more people?

You are not restricted to introducing only two subscribers. You may continue introducing additional paying advertiser subscribers into your network.

These additional personally introduced subscribers will be accommodated within the matrix according to the applicable placement rules.

For example, if you personally introduce 40 additional subscribers, while assuming for demonstration purposes that no other subscribers introduce anyone else, your network could continue expanding through the available positions.

The important point is that your personal introductions can contribute directly to the growth of your matrix, while introductions made by other subscribers can also contribute to the growth of your wider network through spillover. This is what makes the 2×11 structure particularly interesting.

Your Team

The Team section takes the numerical information displayed in your Network and converts it into identifiable subscriber information.

Instead of seeing only numbers, you will be able to see the names, surnames, and WhatsApp numbers of subscribers occupying positions within your network.

The information will be displayed vertically according to their respective positions within the matrix. This means you will have a much clearer understanding of who is actually in your network, rather than simply seeing a collection of numbers.

Where does the information come from?

The Back-Office is designed to work from the information captured during the member registration process.

The relevant information is obtained from Who Introduced You and Debit Order Authorisation records. These records provide the underlying information required to establish subscriber relationships and populate the applicable network structure.

The objective is to create an automated system that can continuously reflect the development of your network without relying on manual calculations.

Your progression & profit share

The Back-Office also provides the foundation from which the Royce Group can monitor and calculate qualifying member progression and applicable profit-share earnings.

Under the current structure, profit-share calculations commence when the applicable qualification requirements are achieved, including the completion of Level 5 with 32 advertiser subscribers, subject to the terms and conditions of the Royce Eco-System.

As your matrix develops, your Back-Office will provide you with a much clearer picture of your progression.
